How the Payment Flow Works

We’ve designed a "Confirmation-First" workflow to ensure you only deal with serious orders:

Checkout

The customer selects Orange Money or MVola at checkout.

Instead of a "Thank You" page, they see a branded screen with your logo, the total amount, and your mobile money details.

The customer sends the money on their phone and clicks "I've sent the payment" on your site.

Confirmation

The order is placed "On-Hold." You receive the funds, verify the reference number in your admin panel, and move the order to "Processing."
